金吾财讯 | 有报道指，满帮(YMM)首席财务官蔡翀表示，公司或重新探讨在港第二上市计划。他指在港第二上市，不论现在或未来，公司最重要考虑永远为对冲美国风险，并称这是首要原因。他又表示，若第二上市带来额外好处，譬如估值及流动性改善，将视作额外奖赏。满帮于2023年分拆冷链业务，去年赚逾1亿元的这个部分，即将完全最新一轮融资，以300亿元的估值筹约2亿元，日后也可能在内地或香港上市，‘市值小的股份在香港通常难受注视，期望它上市时市值有10亿美元或更高，也许最快2026年或2027年才上。’不过，另有报道引述满帮内部人士称，“二次上市系误读，目前没有香港上市计划，但是持开放态度。我们会密切关注市场发展和公司业务的变化，随时评估是否需要在未来考虑两地上市的可能性。”
