智通财经APP讯，狮腾控股(02562)发布公告，公司已获恒生指数有限公司选定并纳入恒生综合指数成份股，及公司的股份已获纳入沪港通及深港通计划，上述事宜均自2025年3月10日起生效。
恒生综合指数提供全面的香港市场指标，涵盖了在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市的公司总市值最高的95%，可用作指数基金、互惠基金及业绩基准的标竿。
于公司的股份获纳入沪港通及深港通计划后，中国内地的合资格投资者将能够直接交易公司的股份。
董事会认为，公司获纳入恒生综合指数成份股以及沪港通及深港通计划，反映了资本市场对公司业务表现及价值的高度认可，这有助于扩大公司的股东基础并提升其股份的交易流动性，从而提高公司在资本市场的投资价值及声誉。此外，由于公司持续在大中华地区等多个市场拓展业务版图，为客户、合作伙伴及投资者创造参与公司创新数字解决方案及人工智能转型的机会，公司的股份获纳入沪港通及深港通计划，使中国内地投资者能够参与公司的发展。
