根据阿里巴巴-W的报表披露，3月6日，公司在纽约证券交易所共回购57.44万股，每股价格介于17.28至17.5美元，涉及资金约1000万美元。自普通决议案通过（8月22日）至今，公司累计购回2.77亿股，占股本1.48%。
