WNS (WNS) said Tuesday that it has acquired data services consultancy Kipi.ai.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
WNS said the acquisition is not expected to materially impact its fiscal Q4 revenue or profitability and that it will contribute 2% to its revenue while remaining neutral to fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted EPS.
