福特(F.US)48亿美元“输血”德国业务 以重振欧洲市场
智通财经APP获悉，美国汽车制造商福特(F.US)周一表示，将向其陷入困境的德国业务注资高达44亿欧元(约合47.6亿美元)，以重振其欧洲业务。
福特表示，其德国子公司Ford-Werke将继续推进战略转型计划，重点在于降低成本和提高竞争力。
福特副董事长John Lawler表示：“通过对德国业务进行资本重组，我们正在支持欧洲业务的转型，并通过全新的产品组合增强我们的竞争力。”
“为了在欧洲建立可持续的业务，我们还需要继续简化治理结构、降低成本并提高效率。”
新的资金承诺包括一项资本注入，以解决Ford-Werke的过度借贷问题，并为一项多年业务计划提供资金。
Lawler还呼吁欧洲政策制定者制定明确的议程，以促进电动汽车的发展，并使排放目标符合消费者需求。
由于来自中国的激烈竞争削弱了需求，欧洲汽车行业被迫关闭工厂。该行业还在为美国的关税做准备。
福特正在欧洲削减数千个工作岗位，其中许多在德国。德国本土巨头大众汽车(VWAGY.US)也一直在苦苦挣扎。
