【融创再获央企信托5.5亿元融资支持，拟助力天津梅江壹号院二期项目盘活】金十数据3月11日讯，记者从融创方面获悉，近日，天津梅江壹号院二期获大型央企信托融资支持，合作方拟出资5.5亿元助力该项目盘活。公开信息显示，本次融资到位，将助力该项目施工建设，对今年下半年的实景兑现形成有力保障。据悉，今年以来，融创已获得多家头部AMC（资产管理公司）的融资支持。1月23日，融创与中国长城资产达成融资合作，拟注资24.76亿元保障重庆湾项目顺利盘活；1月27日，北京融创壹号院项目获得中信金融资产支持，完成债务重组。
