NVent Electric has appointed Gary Corona as its next chief financial officer, effective March 31.
Corona brings to the electrical connection and protection solutions company a wealth of experience and expertise as a financial executive.
Most recently he served at the American-Irish medical device company, Medtronic, where held the title of senior vice president of corporate finance after a stint as interim CFO from August 2024 to March 2025.
Prior to Medtronic, Corona had a more than two-and-a-half decades' of experience with General Mills, serving in enterprise leadership and business finance roles.
He succeeds Sara Zawoyski as CFO, who has been appointed president of systems protection on a permanent basis, also effective March 31, after holding the role on an interim basis since June.
