智通财经APP讯，南方锰业(01091)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年年度)归属于公司所有者的利润约6400万港元相比，预计集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得归属于公司所有者的亏损将不少于7亿港元。
公告称，亏损的主要原因如下：主要由于清偿集团于2015年就联营公司独山金孟锰业有限公司的银行融资所授予的企业担保相关的担保责任而导致集团于2024年年度确认金融资产减值损失约3.21亿港元;及2024年年度主要因锰矿石及化学产品价格下跌，公司未及时调整销售策略并造成销售费用过高，最终导致贸易业务产生亏损。
