延长石油国际预计2024年盈利约5500万港元
3月11日，延长石油国际（00346）发布公告，本集团预计截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得盈利约5500万港元，相比去年盈利约5.8亿港元，降幅显著。公告指出，2024年盈利的主要来源是来自加拿大在产油气业务的盈利贡献，受益于油气资产减值回拨约1.37亿港元，加拿大在产油气业务录得净盈利约6300万港元。然而，2024年利润大幅减少的原因在于未能再次实现2023年时因终止一家中国非全资附属子公司综合入账所产生的一次性收益。
由于尚未完成截至2024年12月31日的全年业绩编制，公告中所载信息仅基于初步评估的未审计管理账目，最终结果可能会有所调整。公司计划于2025年3月27日左右发布正式的经审计全年业绩公告，提醒股东及有意投资者在买卖公司证券时需谨慎行事。
