【中国中冶：独立非执行董事周纪昌辞职】金十数据3月12日讯，中国中冶公告称，公司独立非执行董事周纪昌因连续担任公司独立非执行董事已满6年，根据相关规定，向董事会辞去公司独立非执行董事等职务。辞职自2025年3月12日起生效。周纪昌确认与公司董事会无意见分歧。公司已召开董事会审议通过调整董事会专门委员会成员，增补周国萍为提名委员会召集人、薪酬与考核委员会委员。
