智通财经APP讯，华兴资本控股(01911)发布公告，本集团附属公司作为管理人的华兴新经济基金的被投企业找钢产业互联集团(找钢集团)成功通过与特殊目的收购公司Aquila Acquisition Corporation完成并购交易(De-SPAC)在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市(06676)。找钢集团是中国境内第一家通过De-SPAC路径在港上市的公司。
华兴新经济基金于2015年联合领投找钢集团D轮融资，持续看好并支持其发展，在2017 年再次联合领投找钢集团新一轮融资，总投资金额近4亿元人民币。这充分体现了本集团对找钢集团团队及商业模式的高度认可与坚定信心，也特显了华兴新经济基金管理团队的优秀投研能力。华兴始终坚守为投资人带来良好回报为使命。
