长城人寿一个月内再出手 举牌港股大唐新能源
3月10日，长城人寿保险股份有限公司（简称“长城人寿”）发布公告称，长城人寿于3月5日买入中国大唐集团新能源股份有限公司（简称“大唐新能源”）股票300万股。交易完成后，长城人寿共计持有大唐新能源3.64亿股，持股比例由4.9631%增至5.0043%，构成举牌。
根据公告，以2025年3月5日大唐新能源股票收盘价2.26港元为基准，长城人寿持有大唐新能源股票市值为人民币约7.70亿元（按交易日参考汇率中间价计算），占该公司上季度末总资产的比例为0.56%。截至2024年12月31日，长城人寿权益类资产账面余额为229.90亿元，占上季末总资产的比例为16.81%。
长城人寿表示，本次买入大唐新能源股票的资金来源为自有资金账户资金和传统账户、分红账户保险责任准备金，公司将本次举牌纳入权益类投资管理。
2023年以来，长城人寿频频举牌上市公司股票，其举牌的股票包括浙江交科、中原高速、无锡银行、江南水务、城发环境、赣粤高速、绿色动力环保等。今年2月21日，长城人寿完成了对中国水务的举牌。
