日本汽车制造商日产汽车公司周二表示，在与竞争对手本田（HMC）的合并计划失败一个月后，该公司将用首席规划官Ivan Espinosa取代CEO内田诚（Makoto Uchida）。

　　日产表示，Espinosa将于4月1日走马上任。

　　该公司称正在“引入一个焕然一新的领导阵容，以实现公司的短期和中期目标，同时为其长期增长做好准备。”

　　日产和本田取消了他们在12月宣布的合并交易，因为有报道称本田出人意料地提出了一种新结构，这将使日产成为全资子公司。两家公司最初同意以50：50的比例合并。

　　日产在去年11月宣布裁员9000人，因其在美国、中国及其本土市场日本市场的销量下降。
