山东墨龙(00568.HK) 公布，近日收到山东省寿光市人民法院发出的债权人公告，法院已裁定受理公司债务人寿光宝隆石油器材破产清算一案，公司可根据法院的有关规定，在限期内提交债权申报材料。
根据该等债权转让协议，总额为1.69亿元人民币的债务已被公司转让予山东寿光蔬菜批发市场，目前该债务的余额近2.92亿元人民币，寿光宝隆已向公司抵押其固定资产及无形资产，截至2023年9月底止估值为5.09亿元人民币。
山东墨龙前期对该债务已计提坏账准备8,093万元人民币，表示目前生产经营正常，破产清算事项未对正常营运造成重大影响，由于破产清算事项的具体方案尚未出台，且预期破产清算程序复杂、流程较长，时间进度难以把握，因此破产清算事项对未来业绩的影响暂时无法准确预估。(gc/)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
