嘉宏教育签署8.26亿元建设合同
3月11日，嘉宏教育（01935）发布公告，宣布与承包商签订了建设工程施工合同，涉及教学及实训楼、公共建筑及教工公寓和宿舍楼的建设项目，总代价为8.26亿元。
该合同的签署标志着公司在河南省郑州市上街区上街校区建设的重大进展，预计将显著提升公司在高等教育业务的规模和服务能力。
公告中提到，项目的建设期预计自2025年3月20日开始，至2025年10月10日竣工，耗时共205个历日。根据合同，承包商需完成包括土石方工程、主体建设工程及各种设施的安装等多个工程内容。此外，公司已向持有74.96%已发行股本的股东取得书面批准，取代召开股东大会的程序，确保合同的顺利执行。
