路透纽约3月10日 - 三位不愿具名的知情消息人士透露，美国银行BAC.N周一裁撤了一些投行职位，其中包括纽约的投行职位。
三位消息人士称，此次裁员影响的是初级投行人员，包括分析师和助理。其中一位消息人士说，被裁撤的职位数量不大，受影响员工可能会被重新部署到美银其他部门的类似职位上。
其中两名消息人士称，几周之前，美国银行已在全球范围内裁减投行和全球市场部门员工，作为年度绩效考核流程的一部分，裁员人数占这些业务部门员工总数的 1%，职位包括董事总经理、董事和副总裁。
据路透 3 月 4 日援引一位熟悉内情的消息人士的话报导，高盛也 计划在今年春季的年度业绩审查过程中裁员3% 至 5%。截至 12 月底，高盛全球员工总数为 46,500 人，最新裁员计划相当于裁减 1,395 多名员工。
最近几个月，投资银行活动有所回升，华尔街高管喜闻乐见特朗普政府的亲商基调。
但 迄今为止，交易案数量并未确实 激增 。Dealogic的数据显示，2025年头两个月的美国并购交易量是金融危机以来最低的，截至上周五仅签署了1,603宗交易，是2009年以来年度开局交易最差的一年。(完)
