智通财经APP获悉，灵宝黄金(03330)跌超11%，截至发稿，跌11.73%，报5.42港元，成交额1824.74万港元。
消息面上，灵宝黄金发布公告称，拟配售最多4350万股新H股，占扩大后已发行H股数目约3.93%，以及已发行股份数目约3.38%，每股H股配售价5.38港元，较3月10日收盘价6.14港元折让12.38%，集资2.34亿港元，净额2.29亿港元，拟用于可能的并购机会。公告称，董事已考虑多种集资途径，并相信配售事项为公司筹集资金并同时拓阔其股东及资本基础的机会。董事认为，配售事项将减少集团的整体银行借款及加强集团的财务状况。
值得关注的是，灵宝黄金此前发盈喜，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度取得收入约人民币115.87亿元至人民币119.03亿元，同比增加约10%至13%；净利润约6.17亿元至人民币7.06亿元，同比增加约110%至140%。公告称，净利润增加主要由于集团全力克服上半年政策和基建改造影响，下半年全力赶产，选矿采矿技术优化提升，精细化管理变革取得明显成效，整体营运效率显著提升，同时也得益于集团主要产品黄金价格的上涨。
