中国人民银行 金融监管总局 最高人民法院 国家发展改革委 商务部 市场监管总局关于《关于规范供应链金融业务 引导供应链信息服务机构更好服务中小企业融资有关事宜的通知（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的通知

　　为强化供应链金融业务规范管理，提升金融服务实体经济质效，中国人民银行会同金融监管总局、最高人民法院、国家发展改革委、商务部、市场监管总局起草了《关于规范供应链金融业务 引导供应链信息服务机构更好服务中小企业融资有关事宜的通知（征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见。公众可通过以下途径和方式提出反馈意见：

　　一、通过电子邮件将意见发送至：scshbpjc@pbc.gov.cn。邮件标题请注明“规范供应链金融业务征求意见”字样。

　　二、通过信函方式将意见寄至：北京市西城区金融大街30号中国人民银行金融市场司（邮编：100033），并请在信封上注明“规范供应链金融业务征求意见”字样。

　　意见反馈截止时间为：2025年3月8日。
