　　乘联会在3月份全国乘用车市场展望报告中预计，内地乘用车市场销量将保持较强增长态势，其中新能源汽车将成为主要驱动力。今日港股车企股早盘逆势上扬，蔚来超8%领涨。截至午间收盘报37.65港元，涨幅达8.66%。

　　消息称蔚来近期正在全公司范围推进组织变革，落地CBU（基本经营单元）经营机制。这一机制将公司所有经营工作拆分为多个互不重叠的基本经营单元，每个单元都必须建立明确的ROI（投入产出比）指标和业绩考核奖惩机制。

　　董事长李斌在内部会议上强调：“现在的挑战非常大，别家孩子已经考上大学，我们还在复读。”他表示，2024年全年已推动各核心业务梳理出15个公司级体系能力，并在此基础上推进落地“基本经营单元”机制。蔚来服务运营团队、能源团队等部门实质运行“基本经营单元”机制已经超过一年，并已取得阶段性积极成果。“新机制要求，蔚来今后投入的每一分钱都要听到回响。”
