　　中国‘货车版Uber’满帮集团（YMMNYSE），公司财务总监蔡翀表示，集团会积极考虑重新来港第二上市，不论是2022年首次考虑、或是目前，首要考虑因素都是对冲美国相关风险。

　　满帮集团的股东包括腾讯、软银、红杉资本、高瓴资本、纪源资本、云峰基金等。蔡翀预期今年业绩会继续强劲，订单增15至20%，收入突破120亿元（人民币，下同），并称上季有大量资金买入公司股票，包括贝莱德、富达和挪威主权基金。满帮正提升人工智能（AI），并计划推出AI控制的全国订单管理系统，以提升交货率。

　　满帮，于2023年分拆冷链业务，去年赚逾1亿元的这个部分，即将完全最新一轮融资，以300亿元的估值筹约2亿元，日后也可能在内地或香港上市，‘市值小的股份在香港通常难受注视，期望它上市时市值有10亿美元或更高，也许最快2026年或2027年才上。’

　　满帮（YMM）， 于2021年6月22日在纽交所挂牌上市，当时以每股19美元发行8250万股，IPO募资约15.675亿美元，截至3月7日收市，每股报13.17美元，总市值约137.73亿美元。
