消息面上，上美股份拟于3月20日举行董事会会议审批年度业绩。公司此前发布公告，预计2024年度的收入约67亿至69亿元人民币，同比增加约59.9%至64.7%；纯利约7.5亿至8.1亿元人民币，同比增加约62.4%至75.4%。业绩增长主要由于集团科学抗衰护肤品牌韩束及中国婴童功效护肤品牌的收入同比大幅增长。

申万宏源此前指出，24年韩束品牌在抖音平台的GMV为67.49亿元，同比增长超100%，以绝对优势蝉联2024年抖音美妆类目第一名；子品牌NewPage一页全年收入预计超3亿元，聚焦母婴功效护肤，成为第二增长曲线。该行指出，公司受益性价比消费及国货崛起，收入天花板上限较高；品牌+渠道协同发展，主品牌势能稳固，子品牌打造第二增长曲线。
