【环球网财经综合报道】据路透社报道，美国电信巨头AT&T预测，其第一季度调整后利润与市场分析师预期基本一致，显示其结合5G移动网络和高速光纤数据的折扣高端套餐需求保持稳定。

AT&T预计第一季度调整后每股收益（不包括DirecTV业务）为48美分或更高，而分析师预期为49美分。尽管无线市场潜在新客户数量逐渐减少，可AT&T一直在投资其高速光纤互联网服务，以推动更快的用户和收入增长。

值得一提的是，AT&T于2015年收购了DirecTV，并于去年9月宣布将其在卫星电视提供商DirecTV中持有的70%股份全部出售给私募股权公司TPG，退出这一因分销下滑而受到影响的业务。该交易预计将于2025年年中完成。

AT&T表示，预计将从与DirecTV相关的这笔交易中获得约14亿至15亿美元的现金支付。此外，AT&T重申了其年度调整后利润预测，预计每股收益在1.97美元至2.07美元之间。（南木）
