ESR REIT (SGX:J91U) issued 14.5 million new units at SG$0.2551 each to settle management fees for the fourth quarter of 2024, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The Reit's manager received 11.6 million units, while the property manager took in 2.9 million units. The issue price was based on the volume-weighted average price over the last 10 business days of the quarter.
Total units outstanding of ESR REIT rose to 8.06 billion, with the manager holding 220.2 million units and the property manager holding nearly 46 million units.
