智通财经APP获悉，专注于提供云计算平台以帮助全球企业高效优化数字工作流程的ServiceNow(NOW.US)确认以28.5亿美元的现金和股票收购人工智能企业Moveworks，这是其迄今为止规模最大的一笔收购。这笔交易预计将于2025年下半年完成，具体取决于监管机构的惯常批准和成交条件。
此次收购将把ServiceNow的人工智能和自动化能力与Moveworks的前端人工智能助手和企业搜索技术结合起来，使ServiceNow能够加速其人工智能解决方案，以改善客户互动。
ServiceNow总裁、首席运营官兼首席产品官Amit Zavery表示：“通过收购Moveworks，ServiceNow将在代理人工智能驱动的业务转型方面迈出又一大步。”
据悉，Moveworks成立于2016年，为企业提供人工智能助手以处理员工的各类请求。据其官网显示，联合利华、GitHub和博通等公司都在使用其技术。Moveworks曾获得凯鹏华盈(Kleiner Perkins)、光速创投(Lightspeed Venture Partners)和贝恩资本创投(Bain Capital Ventures)等投资者的支持。在2021年的一轮融资中，该公司估值达到21亿美元。数据显示，截至去年9月底，Moveworks的年度经常性收入超过1亿美元。
在首席执行官Bill McDermott的带领下，ServiceNow开发的应用程序可帮助企业组织并自动化其人事和信息技术运营。与许多同行一样，这家总部位于加州圣克拉拉的公司一直在将生成式人工智能功能融入其产品中。在加入ServiceNow之前，Bill McDermott曾担任软件巨头思爱普(SAP)的首席执行官，在任期间主导了多项备受瞩目的收购。
