Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (NSE:SWSOLAR, BOM:542760) has appointed Ajit Pratap Singh as the chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company, with effect from March 24, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
With this appointment, Sandeep Mathew will step down from the position of interim CFO, effective March 23, but will continue in his role of head - Investor Relations.
