1824 ET - Stitch Fix's investments in improving the quality of its assortment is resonating with clients, especially with male users, CEO Matt Baer says on a call with analysts. The online personal-styling services' men's category returned to growth in the latest quarter. "While a smaller percentage of our portfolio today, we are encouraged by the growth inflection and remain confident men's can be a durable growth engine for us going forward," Baer says. The company continued to see strength through February and March, and expects its active clients to be down quarter-over-quarter, but improving from the prior quarter. Stitch Fix is increasingly confident it will return to revenue growth in fiscal 2026, CFO David Aufderhaar says. The latest quarter marked Stitch Fix's smallest sequential decline in active client count in three years, Baer says. (sabela.ojea@wsj.com; @sabelaojeaguix)
