On a per-share basis, the Bridgewater, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 71 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 94 cents per share.
The mobile services company posted revenue of $44.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $4.6 million, or 43 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $173.6 million.
Synchronoss expects full-year revenue in the range of $170 million to $180 million.
