Odaily星球日报讯 FOX Business 记者 Eleanor Terrett 发文披露，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）在代理主席 Mark Uyeda 的领导下，正在考虑放弃 2022 年 Gary Gensler 时代提案的一部分内容，该提案原本旨在将替代交易系统（ATS）的定义扩展到包括某些加密货币公司。 在 Uyeda 今天于国际银行家协会年度华盛顿会议上的讲话中，他表示：“……鉴于公众对将加密货币纳入交易平台定义的强烈负面评论，我已要求 SEC 员工提供放弃该部分提案的选项。” 他还要求员工重新与美国财政部（USTreasury）、联邦储备系统（Federalreserve）以及市场参与者接触，讨论委员会应在哪些方面推进替代交易系统的监管变革。
