IT之家 3 月 11 日消息，路透社今日援引知情人士的话称，欧盟委员会计划就苹果和 Meta 公司违反《数字市场法案》（DMA）的行为处以 "适度" 罚款，具体金额尚未确定，预计本月公布最终决定。
消息人士称，欧盟反垄断执法机构的重点是确保这两大公司遵守法律，而不是对其进行制裁。
前欧盟竞争事务专员玛格丽特・维斯塔格曾公开批评苹果的整改措施“不符合预期”。按照 DMA 规定，欧盟最多可处以其全球营收 10% 的罚款，约 380 亿美元（IT之家备注：当前约 2752.21 亿元人民币）。
欧盟此前调查认定苹果存在两项违规：
未遵守 "反引流规则"，限制开发者引导用户访问外部付费渠道
未充分开放低价订阅信息告知权限
世界赛，苹果自 2023 年起已经逐步实施多项 DMA 合规调整：
允许欧盟区第三方应用商店与侧载安装
调整佣金结构，引入核心技术费（Core Technology Fee）
2023 年 8 月修订外部链接政策，但仍未满足监管要求
消息人士透露，考虑到特朗普宣称将对处罚美企的国家加征关税，加之欧盟领导层换届，最终罚款力度可能较 2023 年预估水平有所减弱。
