My Size said Oren Elmaliah has stepped down as a member of its board and will become the company's new chief financial officer, effective April 1.
He will succeed Or Kles, who will resign as CFO on March 31.
Elmaliah, who has served on the board since 2017, is founder of Accounting Team, a financial consultancy and service provider. Elmaliah has served as CFO of Presstek Israel since January 2017, and since September 2015 served as an Israel Authorities reporting officer of LG Electronics Israel and as a local financial report consultant of Chiasma.
In connection with Elmaliah's appointment, My Size said, it entered into an agreement with Accounting Team and will pay a monthly fee of about $11,000 for services.
Israel-based My Size provides measurement technologies and solutions for e-commerce, shipping, apparel and parcel delivery.
