Odaily星球日报讯 OSL 首席商务官（CCO）张英华表示，安全架构与运营效率并非二元对立的矛盾命题，交易所需构建一套涵盖“预防-监控-处置”的全面制度体系。他指出，近期频发的 Web3 安全事件不仅暴露了技术层面的缺陷，更凸显了安全与托管架构在制度设计上的短板。目前，许多未受监管的交易平台普遍面临安全架构与运营效率难以兼顾的困境，而像 OSL 这样的持牌交易所，其数字资产托管业务受到严格的法律规范与保障。无论是穿透式审计还是保险覆盖，这些合规措施都以成本换取了最有效的风险对冲工具。 张英华进一步强调，真正的数字资产安全不应仅依赖事后漏洞修补，而应从制度设计层面入手，预防并消除风险的滋生土壤，形成“预防-监控-处置”的全流程闭环合规风控体系。他认为，从这一角度来看，持牌交易所在制度上的优势正在逐步重塑机构投资者对数字资产配置的逻辑与信心。
