该变动主要由于以下因素：(i)报告期间产生约1900万港元的上市开支(2023年：0);(ii)折旧费用的增加主要由于集团于报告期间新增自营门店所致;及(iii)集团于报告期间的总收入及毛利下降，主要由于报告期间批发业务销售减少所致。
