Uber Technologies Inc.已终止收购Delivery Hero SE旗下台湾业务Foodpanda的交易。此前，台湾反垄断监管机构12月份决议禁止这笔交易。

Delivery Hero 3月11日在声明中表示，Uber需支付终止费，估计约2.5亿美元。Uber发言人在发给彭博新闻社的另一份声明中重申，该公司对监管机构的裁决感到失望，但表示尊重这一决定，不会上诉。

消息公布后，Uber股价续挫，下跌3.6%。

“我们仍然致力于台湾，并将继续以创新性、有竞争力的方式为台湾的消费者、商户和配送合作伙伴提供服务。”该发言人表示。

Uber原本计划到2025年上半年完成这笔9.5亿美元的全现金交易。这笔交易会成为台湾芯片行业以外最大的收购之一，标志Delivery Hero退出亚洲。
