至于今年首两个月，集团实现累计销售金额为10.62亿元，较去年同期跌18.7%，累计销售面积为7.1万平方米，平均销售价格为每平方米14,888元。另外，截至今年2月28日，集团累计的认购未签约金额约为500万元。(vc/k)
