消息面上，思摩尔国际将于3月17日举行董事会会议考虑及通过全年业绩。申万宏源指出，英美烟草此前发布2024年财报，英美烟草雾化产品市占率领先，监管趋严利好Vuse份额进一步提升；HNB行业保持较优增长，关注BAT新品GLO HILO后续表现。
该行指出，思摩尔为全球最大的电子雾化设备制造商，此前于2024年12月发布修订股权激励计划，彰显长期经营信心。思摩尔封闭式电子雾化设备深度绑定VUSE（英美烟草旗下）等合规大品牌，伴随后续美国电子烟政策监管趋严，作为头部合规代工商，市占率有望继续提升，同时开放式电子雾化设备快速增长。此外，思摩尔HNB业务伴随行业规模增长和大客户新产品拓展，亦有望受益。
