Service Properties Trust (SVC) said Monday it has appointed Chris Bilotto as chief executive, managing trustee and president.
Bilotto is an executive vice president of The RMR Group (RMR) and also serves as the CEO, managing trustee and president of Diversified Healthcare Trust (DHC), Service Properties Trust said.
Bilotto's appointment comes after the resignations of Todd Hargreaves and John Murray on March 9, the company said.
