智通财经APP讯，人瑞人才(06919)发布公告，本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入预期较本集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的收入有所增长，主要由于2024年综合灵活用工员工数量的增加。于2024年12月31日，信息技术和数字化人才数量同比增长超过20%，而通用服务外包员工数量同比增长超过10%。
然而，根据本公司非全资附属公司上海思芮信息科技有限公司(上海思芮)近期的经营业绩及现金流量状况，上海思芮的财务表现及业务增长未能达到本集团的预期。因此，在充分考虑上海思芮近期的经营状况及财务表现，同时考虑未来市场前景后，本集团预期将于本公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的财务报表中，对因收购上海思芮所产生的商誉计提约人民币1.31亿元的减值拨备(预期减值拨备)。
鉴于上述情况，预期本集团将于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得约人民币5490万元至人民币6490万元的年度亏损，以及约人民币6640万元至人民币7640万元的本公司权益持有人应占亏损。如不考虑预期减值拨备，本公司预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得年度正溢利及本公司权益持有人应占正溢利，较截至2023年12月31日止年度均有所增加，此乃主要由于本集团业务溢利内生增长强劲。本公司谨此说明，预期减值拨备为非现金性质会计项目，因此本集团预计预期减值拨备并不会对本公司当前及未来的经营及现金流量产生重大不利影响。
