消息面上，据报道，三一重工正与中介机构商讨来港上市工作。此外，三一国际此前发盈警，预期2024年年度净溢利10.11亿元至13.79亿元，同比减少约25%至45%。主要由于2024年度一次性减值亏损达7.5亿元。三一国际表示，减值亏损不会对集团现金流量造成影响。
招银国际此前指出，美国新关税政策对中国工程机械制造商的影响总体有限。该行指出，三一国际在美国销售的主要为物流机械。展望未来，公司可通过其美国和印度生产基地向美国市场供货，以降低潜在的关税影响。
