1456 GMT - WH Smith could struggle to get the price it wants for its U.K. high street stores and may have to postpone plans to sell them until conditions improve, AJ Bell investment director Russ Mould writes. This follows reports that there are only two bidders for the estate. "Selling retail assets was always going to be a challenge, particularly with storm clouds on the horizon as employment-related costs go up from April," Mould says. Shares are up 1.7% at 11.00 pounds.
