华兴资本控股(01911.HK) 公布，附属公司作为管理人的华兴新经济基金之被投企业找钢产业互联集团，成功通过与特殊目的收购公司Aquila Acquisition Corporation完成并购交易，在联交所主板上市(股份代号为“6676”)，为中国境内第一家通过De-SPAC路径在港上市的公司。
公告指，华兴新经济基金于2015年联合领投找钢集团D轮融资，持续看好并支持其发展，在2017年再次联合领投找钢集团新一轮融资，总投资金额近4亿元人民币。(js/w)
