中国高速传动(00658.HK) 公布，丰盛(00607.HK) 透过旗下全资附属Five Seasons XVI Limited持有公司逾11.71亿股股份，占公司已发行股份约71.62%。
公司表示，注意到丰盛现正采取措施要求召开股东特别大会以重组董事会， 据称以便调查及纠正任何现有及潜在不当行为，保全公司及其附属公司资产；丰盛指出公司仍未能就于去年9月底左右修订南京高齿管理直接拥有50.02%的附属南京高速齿轮之组织章程细则提供充足资料或解释。
