【海南省首个重点园区万兆光网试点在陵水完成部署】金十数据3月10日讯，据海南日报，3月8日，海南联通联合中兴通讯在陵水黎安国际教育创新试验区完成全省首个重点园区万兆光网试点部署，验证了现网设备平滑升级的可行性，为全省规模部署万兆网络奠定基础。据园区现场实测，上下行峰值速率均突破了1万Mbps，相比现行的10G PON千兆网络带宽提升5至10倍，1G的文件可在1秒内传送完毕。
