智通财经APP获悉，摩根大通发布研报称，维持领展房产基金(00823)“增持”评级，目标价43港元。据港交所文件显示，领展房产基金行政总裁王国龙售出100万股，约0.04%股份，是自2023年8月以来首次沽售。该行表示，从历史来看，股价反应一直较为温和。若股价反应负面，将建议低位买入，因为香港的日用百货零售额呈现稳定迹象。该行认为，潜在纳入互联互通将是另一个催化剂，领展的基金单位价格与美国10年期国债孳息率密切相关，但如果有更多数据表明香港主要零售销售稳定，收益率差距可能会收窄。
