【金科股份：增持计划调整，东方银原拟以不超过2元/股价格继续增持】金十数据3月11日讯，金科地产集团股份有限公司发布关于实际控制人之一致行动人股份增持计划调整的公告。公告显示，金科股份实际控制人之一致行动人东方银原（北京）材料有限公司作为增持主体，原计划以自有资金通过二级市场集中竞价方式增持金科股份股票不低于5000万股，价格不高于1.5元/股，期限6个月。金科股份称，鉴于目前东方银原股份增持计划实施期限已届满，且未完成股份增持计划承诺的增持股数下限目标，公司于2025年3月10日召开了第十一届董事会第五十二次会议，东方银原拟以“不超过2元/股”的价格继续实施增持并完成股份增持计划承诺的增持股数下限目标，且自股东大会审议通过后的未来六个月内实施完毕。
