智通财经APP讯，中国能源建设(03996)发布公告，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心及对公司投资价值的认可，为增强投资者对公司的投资信心、提升公司价值、维护广大投资者利益，本公司控股股东中国能源建设集团有限公司(以下简称中国能建集团)计划自2024年10月15日起6个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司A股股份，增持总金额不低于人民币3亿元，不超过人民币5亿元(以下简称本次增持计划)。
自2024年10月15日至2025年3月11日期间，中国能建集团通过上海证券交易所证券交易系统以集中竞价方式累计增持本公司A股7118.5万股，占本公司总股份的0.17%，累计增持金额1.569亿元(不含手续费)，超过本次增持计划金额下限的52%。本次增持计划尚未实施完毕，中国能建集团将持续关注资本市场发展态势和本公司股票价格走势，逐步实施增持计划。
