中信国际电讯集团有限公司是一家互联网化综合电讯企业，主要业务包括为全球运营商客户提供移动国际漫游、国际话音、国际讯息、国际数据流量以及国际增值电信等服务，同时也拥有自主研发的手机数据流量交易平台和一卡多号等产品。至2021年底，公司在全球22个国家和地区设有分支机构，拥有近2,500位员工，网络节点超过160个，连接全球600多家运营商，服务3,000多家跨国企业以及4万余家当地企业。
