评级机构惠誉发表报告，将长和(00001.HK) 长期外币发行人违约评级“A-”列为正面观察(RWP)，同时移出标准观察名单(UCO)。
惠誉指，RWP反映集团最近宣布出售大部分港口业务的交易完成后，预期信贷状况将会改善。建议交易须待监管机构及股东批准后方可作实，而集团于交易后的信贷状况亦可能受现金所得款项的用途所影响。
