ISP Holdings (HKG:2340) expects an attributable loss of between HK$30 million and HK$35 million for the year 2024, up from HK$15.8 million a year prior, the property manager said in a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The anticipated loss was mainly due to the award of only a few small-scale new contracts in the year, a disruption in work progress of existing projects leading to higher costs, a rise in legal fees, and a provision for the cost order for a certain claim filed against the company, the company said.
