PBF Energy (PBF) said late Wednesday its indirect subsidiary, PBF Holding, priced $800 million of 9.875% senior notes due 2030 at 98.563% in a private offering, upsized from $750 million.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close March 17.
