智通财经APP讯，新濠国际发展(00200)发布公告，预期集团将就新濠影汇(一个位于澳门路凼城并以电影为主题的综合度假村)取得若干资产减值约8.38亿港元至10.24亿港元，令集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的亏损净额增加约7.74亿港元至9.56亿港元。集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得亏损净额约15.92亿港元至17.75亿港元，而2023年则取得亏损净额34.94亿港元。上述预期减值为非现金项目，不会影响集团的现金流、营运或流动资金。
